Dr Ernst Schute, MA, MBA, PhD,
has worked in the sports and recreation industry for over
20 years, mainly in the commercial sector, and is currently
a director of a leisure management company. He teaches sports
programmes in further and higher education, and has delivered
the core units of the BTEC Nationals since they were first
introduced. He is also an accredited trainer for the Chartered
Institute of Environmental Health.
